Honor our veterans today, and every day

Today, November 11, 2025, is Veterans Day. It's a blustery one out there, with flags often fully extended.

This is the day our country unites in honoring American veterans of all wars. To them all, we say, "Thank you for your service."

In honor of the day, City Hall is closed. However, there will be no delay in your trash and recycling pickups this week.

If you have today off, take a moment to learn about the history of Veterans Day, take a veteran out to lunch, or help a veteran in need. The Medford Department of Veterans Services has many resources available.

No matter what your day looks like today, take a moment to say, "Thank you for your service."
