Vida Real is in discussions to purchase the former Elizabeth Grady buildings on Boston Avenue.

Pastor Luis Morales said the non-profit church and humanitarian group intends to expand their real estate holdings to accommodate their ever growing congregation.

Vida Real engages in humanitarian work worldwide, but primarily in Latin America. The group also runs a food bank in Somerville and Medford.

The church produces an international TV program airing in over 110 countries, teaching the bible and promoting principles and values worldwide.
