It's time to renew your parking permit if you are a senior or if you participate in a one of the many other parking programs available in the city. These include resident, municipal, business, Realtor, and home health worker parking programs.

Online renewals begin on Nov. 1, and in-person renewals begin Nov. 2. Seniors will be given priority for in-person renewals.

  • Seniors 65+: you must renew in-person in the Parking Department in room 110 at City Hall. Bring your vehicle registration and driver's license, and make sure they have your current Medford address.
  • Landlord, home health care, and postal parking permits: These all need to be renewed in-person, and you have to bring current documentation. Keep in mind that seniors will be given priority and will be served first.
  • All others can renew online or in-person.

The Parking Department web page has lots of resources, including:

  • information about the various kinds of permits
  • a tutorial for using the online portal
  • information about in-person renewals
