Crossing Paths: Positive encounters around town
Did someone in Medford put a smile on your face recently?
In this week's edition of "Crossing Paths," we have submissions from Mark Rom and Sue Fowler-Finn.
Mark Rom: "One of the many pleasures of 'buying local' is to meet those selling. I'm glad I've moved my gas purchases to Al and Sons in Medford. By going to his full service station, I've gotten to meet and know one of Al's sons, Gene, who enlightens me on local lore while I'm filling my tank."
Sue Fowler-Finn: "One of my biggest smiles comes from a sanitation worker for Medford who has a big beautiful smile. He gets the barrels emptied at all the parks so I see him at Dugger daily (pickleball), met him at Victory during COVID, see him all around as I walk and bike throughout the day. Come on citizens you must have happy crossing paths encounters out there?!"
Crossing Paths is a way to share those little encounters you have around Medford that put a smile on your face or that otherwise have a positive impact on you. Anyone is welcome to submit a positive encounter for publication. It can be one sentence or several paragraphs. Send to gottaknowmedford@gmail.com.
